Sehr großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, generell sauber, gute Betten, ruhige Lage, Problem mit der elektronischen Türöffnung wurde schnell gelöst, Ansprechpartner war sofort verfügbar.
Es fehlte Geschirr, in und auf den Schränken sowie dem Kühlschrank wurde nicht geputzt, 2 Fliesen im Bad defekt, Ablauf der Badewanne halb verstopft, der Topper auf dem Bett war zu schmal, der Kühlschrank sehr laut und der Chatbot (der in Pauls Namen aktiv war) war zwar sehr schnell aber doch zu aufdringlich.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut (Spülmaschine, gute Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Bügeleisen (allerdings ohne Brett), guter Fernseher.
Die Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne ist leicht defekt, so dass man vorsichtig duschen sollte, um den Badboden trocken zu halten.
