Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut (Spülmaschine, gute Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Bügeleisen (allerdings ohne Brett), guter Fernseher.
Die Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne ist leicht defekt, so dass man vorsichtig duschen sollte, um den Badboden trocken zu halten.
