Spacious Apartment in Warsaw with Balcony and Parking by Noclegi Renters

Good Location ! Close to Metro Station and supermarket. Apartment was clean and the quite,self check in and check out. Everything was good...

The location was brilliant for us. We have family in that part of Warsaw and it was a perfect base to see them from. For exploring the city, we used the tube which is a short walk away. There are lots of convenience stores nearby and a great pizza place.

We would have loved to have better coffee making facilities at the apartment and more kitchen utensils (oven gloves, scissors, spatulas etc.) There were only 2 dishwasher tablets provided, which wasn't enough for a 4 day stay. There was not enough toilet roll for the entire stay. Finally, the charge for the apartment was more than expected, suggesting the exchange rate shifted by 9% in the 2 weeks between booking and taking our payment. I don't think that was right.

The apartament was nice, although dusty in some Areas. Enough space for 4 people.

Lack of communication from the property owner. Being ignored for 5-6 days . Even though they have a customer support team?the phone number is an AI bot, I needed to communicate with them through booking which was a lengthy process. Also hidden extra conversion fees which werent mentioned. 10% ~ of the rent price which is an obvious scam.

Просторная квартира с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами. Удобное расположение, рядом метро и остановки общественного транспорта. Также есть место на крытом паркинге для авто. Удобное самостоятельное заселение и выселение.

Есть вопросы с наличием посуды. Мы останавливались на 5 дней и готовили сами, хотелось бы чтобы были нормальные ножи, сковородка (была одна, требующая замены и не было к ней лопатки). Квартира хорошо укомплектована тарелками, стаканами/чашками, но вот посуды чтобы готовить очень не хватало. Очень расстроило, что на 5 дней не оставили ни одной таблетки для посудомоечной машинки, не было ни одной тряпки/полотенца на кухне, только одна губка. Мне кажется это базовые вещи. Также были вопросы к уборке, под диваном и полкой для телевизора пыль и мусор, на диване крошки.
