Localization and stunning view
When I made the reservation, the apartment was advertised as a Superior Apartment with a bathtub. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was no bathtub available. This was a major issue for me, as I am recovering from surgery and specifically needed a bathtub. The information provided on Booking.com was therefore inaccurate, and I would recommend that the property update the listing to reflect the actual facilities available.
When I contacted the property about this issue, I was told that no apartments with a bathtub were available and that I should contact Booking.com. I found this response unhelpful and lacking understanding of the situation.
Another issue was the entrance to the building. The keypad for the access code was very difficult to use, as the buttons had to be pressed extremely hard.
The apartment was also advertised as soundproof, but there was significant noise from neighbours during the night, which made it difficult to rest.
Additionally, when opening the windows, cigarette smoke from neighbouring apartments entered the room, which was very unpleasant.
Finally, the kitchen touch-control cooler was not working properly, which was quite annoying during the stay.
