The apartment is of a higher standard, with a well‑organized and nicely furnished interior. You really feel tucked away from the outside world here - in a good way. The kitchen is decently equipped (though a bread knife would be very welcome!), and both the bathroom and the bedroom are lovely. The neighborhood has several grocery stores, as well as spots for good coffee, snacks, and even a gym.
As for the downsides, the biggest one is the location. While you can find food within a 5‑minute walk, getting to the city center is quite a hike: about 30 minutes on foot. Public transport (trams, buses, even the metro) is not too far away, though, so it’s manageable, and taxis/ubers are cheap. Another minor downside: in my case, the host wasn’t able to offer an early check‑in, so keep that in mind. Overall, I can hardly find any serious reason to complain. A well‑deserved 8/10.

Хорошее место расположение, неплохой ремонт, но краны отваливаются 🥺, есть пылесос, набор полотенец на 3-их, паркоместо
Самое главное, нет вытяжки на кухне, я такого еще не видела , готовила еду , охрана прибежала, думали пожар, попросили открыть балкон, было очень холодно и некомфортно
