Strategiškai labai puiki lokacija, patogu susisiekti. Džiaugiuosi, kad vieta turėjo parkingą automobiliui bei veikiantis kondicionierius šiems orams labai tobula!
Pagrindinių durų kodas buvo neteisingai atsiųstas, todėl patekti padėjo šalia stovėjęs vyrukas. Pačiame kambaryje labai stipriai vonioje jautėsi kanalizacijos kvapas.

Czysto, schludnie, wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Miejsce w garażu na plus.
Natomiast jeden problem - prysznic. Do naprawy drzwi, bo cieknie woda i nie ma czym sprzątać i jak tego kontrolować. Koniecznie do naprawy.

*Klimatyzacja super dawała radę przy 40 stopniach *Wygodne łóżko * garaż w cenie
*Dziura w suficie w kuchni....taka 40cm na 40 *Brak kontaktu przy łóżku *Tylko jedno nakrycie w łóżku, mniejsze niz jego szerokość * zużyte meble i sprzęty...deska do.prasowania dramat *Łazienka prysznic cieknie na wszystkie strony, deszczewnica rownież, smród z odpływu nie do wytrzymania....dobrze że chociaż drzwi szczelne i nie przedostawało się to do reszty pomieszczeń *Zasłony na prawym oknie nie pomrywały całej szerokości
