The accommodation fully met our expectations. It was possible to watch TV from the bed. The bed itself was very comfortable. Balcony, fridge and even a dishwasher. Parking was easy and convenient.
Perhaps that for those with a lighter sleep the street noise can become distracting. We didn't have this concern directly. Perfect accommodation for us.

Bad location, far from the metro
Problems with the parking, if you arrive earlier, nowhere to leave the car.
No cafe in the building
Quite loud at night, from the street and in the coridors.
To leave the building, you have to come back to leave the keys in the strange box with the code nymbers.
Next time, we will chose hotels with full servise.
