A lovely stay – perfect for Erasmus students! ⭐️ We had a really lovely stay at this apartment during our Erasmus experience in Austria, and it was a great choice for the two of us. The apartment was small but cosy and absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was just the right amount of space for two people, making it feel comfortable without being excessive. We would especially recommend it to students or anyone staying for a longer period. The location was one of the biggest highlights. There was a bus stop directly in front of the apartment, making it very easy to travel to different destinations. A tram station was only around a 5-minute walk away, while the train station was approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot. Having such convenient public transport options nearby made getting around extremely easy, whether we were travelling to our Erasmus placement, exploring the city or visiting other places in Austria. The neighbourhood was quiet, pleasant and felt very safe, which was particularly important for us as two students living abroad. There were also supermarkets and other useful amenities nearby, including Billa, making grocery shopping and getting everyday essentials very convenient. A special mention definitely goes to our host, Zahra, who was absolutely lovely throughout our stay. We communicated with him mainly through WhatsApp, and the communication was excellent from beginning to end. He was always super nice, friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. He was very responsive and made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The apartment was the perfect place to come back to after busy days at our Erasmus placement and exploring Austria. We really appreciated the convenient location, excellent transport connections, safe surroundings and the overall comfort of the apartment.

The apartment had all that we needed and even more, for example a few drinks for when all the supermarkets were closed. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very very clean and the balcony was a really nice addition to everything, especially since we could enjoy our breakfast there peacefully. Another thing that really helped us was the washing machine, the detergent and clothing rack that came with it; we were able to wash a lot of our clothes and they dried in time for us to leave. The instructions to check in/out were clear and the host was really helpful whenever we had a question. I would definitely return to this location. ☺️

Spacious enough for three guests. Modern unit, though in an old Block level 7 with lift. Comfortable beds. 2 bedrooms, one opens from the other one. Fridge full of drinks, bier, water for purchase and you also could buy Nespresso capsules. There was a washing machine too. No detergents though.

Bahnhof - Train Station is about 20 Minutes' walk. Free Parking only from 6 pm-8 am, still includes a drive around the blocks. Contactless check-in. the owner requests a phone call for check in instructions. Chack in after 5 pm. I assume for the free parking situation after 6 pm. If you do not have local phone, it could be tricky. Then you do not get the promised code to access the unit, only to see that someone from the same Block, buzzes you in through the block's telecom. I assume the owner either lives there or is in the apartments and lets you in. Though he does not show for the check-in form or collect the tourist tax. Once he knows your phone nr immediately starts a WhatsApp chat with you or a phone messaging, avoiding booking.com chat line. I did not engage in such conversations. The owner then insisted on coming up to the apartment, the next day. The owner, wanted to collect the check-in form the next day with the tourist tax in cash. First, I agreed, then I refused the meet up because I had an appointment elsewhere. and did not want any stranger - "guy" - "man" to come up to the apartment when my 18 years old daughter was there, alone. Then the owner threatened us if I do not give him his money (36 Euros) and form on the agreed time I have to leave the apartment. The owner did not show up at the check-in, though he was there, because he buzzed us in through the telecom system, and he said he was kind enough to let us in without collecting the forms and money. Very unpleasant situation. I paid upfront but would not do it ever again. Very strange how private owners want to come up and check on you. Luckily my husband made it back to give him his money and Form.
