Posizione, prezzo, appartamento spazioso
Mancavano un po di cose come tovaglioli, acqua nella macchinetta del caffè, box doccia scomodo, mancanza di appendiasciugamani, poco detersivo per i piatti, mancanza di scolapiatti e tazzine per il caffè

One socket is loose next to the bed, which can be dangerous for children.
Doors squeak and are sometimes loud. Oil on them would already help.

Die Lage ist gut.
Die Wohnung ist wenige Geh-Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt- ideal, wenn man geschäftlich in Linz ist oder nur eine Übernachtung als Reise-Zwischenstopp eingeplant ist.
Auch Nahversorger sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Gasheizung, allerdings nur im Hauptraum- dementsprechend war es im Vorzimmer, Badezimmer und im WC eher kalt.
