Super praktisch, wenn man nicht viel braucht. Preis Leistung war passend und Kommunikation mit Personal war kompetent und freundlich!

Es war nicht ganz so sauber und durch den Türspalt hat es vom Gang nach Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer gerochen.

This was literally a last minute booking for 1 night and I've got what I expected at a very good value for money - a room with a kitchenette and private bathroom and off street parking (in front of a garage). It was a very cold snowy night, but heating worked well. Very efficient and quickly responding host, Thanks Bojana. This place is great if you have a car. There is no internet at the property, but no problem for me and smart TV available in the room, so no no channels only viewing platforms, but all ok.

Nice room with single bed, desk and chair, kitchenette with cooker, large fridge/freezer and all pots/pans and utensils you could need. Shopping centre with supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Tram station to take you into Linz city centre is a 20 minute walk away. Very comfortable stay, no issues, recommended.
