Star Resort & Aqua Park Sharm El-Sheikh

The resort is fantastic, and the staff are amazing. Ramzy, the kitchen manager, and Shada, our room attendant, were both excellent. Ramzy truly went above and beyond for us—he arranged for a waiter to bring my choice of breakfast directly to my room whenever requested, brought tea to our table, and personally served us drinks daily. I have never met a better manager; he is an absolute credit to this resort. The pools are spacious and never overcrowded. Mustafa and the pizza chef at the pool bar are exceptionally hardworking and never stop. (Management should really get the pizza chef a fan, as working next to the pizza oven all day gets extremely hot!) Night dance shows are amazin, we also had a fire show that was amazing. The food was delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. Overall, an excellent resort!

Areas for Improvement: Pizza Bar Efficiency & Fairness: The pizza queue is disorganized, and line-cutting is a major problem (sometimes Arabic speakers are allowed to jump ahead). Waiting up to an hour is unreasonable—there should be two people making pizzas instead of one, and management needs to provide a cooling fan for the chef working in that extreme heat. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi access needs to be available inside the guest rooms, not just in public areas.

The rooms were lovely, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Rami, Mr. Adel, Norhan, and Mr. Ramzy from the Food & Beverage department for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Jó fej, segítőkész alkalmazottak. Végre egy hotel ahol jó espressó kv volt.

Sajnos az ételek változatossága, minősége nagyon nem 5 csillagos szálloda szintű, hasonlóval csak 4 csillagos szállodában találkoztam egyiptomban.A helyi alkonolos italokat érezhetően vizezik, ritkán kaptam olyat ami nem volt higítva. Az amarina star hotel kongott az ürességtől, alig volt pár vendég. Az amarina sun hotelben volt minden étkezés ami nagyon elmaradt a várakozásomtól, főleg ha a bookingon megjelenített képeket nézem, vagy hasonlítom más egyiptomi 5 csillagos hotelhez. A helyzeten az animátorcsapat javított kedvességével.
