Lovely location, plenty of excellent food choices around

Prior to our arrival I asked the owner about the broken curtain rod in the living room (based on other reviews) and I was told they were fixed. However upon arrival, it was still broken and when I texted the owner about it, I received a reply to say it wasn’t fixed yet. Really lacked privacy in the living room where kids were sleeping. Also, washing machine was not working and there was a bucket of water in the cupboard above the machine with a broken pipe. Cleaner didn’t leave a single extra rubbish bag for us to clear rubbish and also just 1.5 roll of toilet paper for a family of four for 4 days.

The apartment is in a great location, with a very good bakery and several restaurants nearby. It was clean overall, although the level of cleanliness could be improved. It is clear that the hosts have put effort into making the apartment feel welcoming and cozy. Although there are some signs of wear and tear, it is still a comfortable place to stay.

There is no air conditioning, but several fans are provided, which helps. Unfortunately, neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked during our stay, and the door was also sticking, which made entering and exiting a bit difficult.

La propreté et la qualité des prestations intérieures : 3 chaises pour 4, tringle manquante dans le séjour pour rideau occultant, impossible de faire fonctionner le wifi et les tv, chauffe eau qui fuit, la poignée de la porte d’entrée qui manque de céder, la propreté de la salle de bain (moisissures sur pommeau de douche) molleton de poussière….
