This apartment located on the ground floor, can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Fitted with a comfy sofa bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.
Please note the flat is not adapted for people with reduced mobility

Grands Boulevards, Opera, Pigalle or Montmartre ... so many wonderful places concentrated in one of the smallest districts of the capital! If you want to visit the capital, the 9th arrondissement is a perfect base, not only for the many tourist and cultural sites but also because the area is one of the best served by the whole city: to you Paris!
To begin, pass in front of the impressive Opera Garnier, which today mainly rises dance theaters and other ballets. Continue your walk through the famous Grévin Museum, the timeless wax museum of the capital. If you are in a sporty mood, go to Montmartre via Pigalle, one of the most famous districts of the capital! Finally, how not to mention the most legendary scene in France: the Olympia, compulsory detour for music lovers.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Closest Metro Station: Notre-Dame-de-Lorette (line 12).
Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Great location! It's just 15-20 minute walk to Gallery Lafayette or Moulin Rouge. Moreover, we found a really tasty and authentic French restaurant just right next to our flat. The host is welcoming and responds quickly.

We stayed for 5 nights, we found this to be a convenient place, it has good amenities with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
Some things we didn’t like were: bad odor in the apartment (bathroom like smell), the shower (water goes everywhere outside of the shower), TV was not plugged in (it requieres an extension to plug in to the outlet, extension cord was not provided). The A/C didn’t work. We used the fans and were ok with that.
