The apartment is beautiful and very clean.
The communication with the host didn't go well from the start:
1. they called us on the day of arrival to ask if we need bed stretched, we replied with a small delay that it is necessary, they replied that it is too late and to set it up by ourselves. We were arriving very late with small kids and it was not convenient.
2. They informed us that the parking is available behind the building. This was very important to us at the moment of booking as again - arriving with small kids very late. Upon arrival, we found no place behind the building and had to park very far.
3. We asked for a later check out as we arrived at midnight the day before. We were informed that we can have extra 15 minutes. I find this offensive, as a host myself. Considering the facts they knew, not allowing at least 30 minutes or an hour is rude and offensive, in my opinion.
