A casa d'annaré

Alfredo è stato super disponibile fin da subito . Ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra richiesta . L'appartamento si propone come in foto. Comodo per girare la città avendo la stazione e la metro a due passi . Sotto casa dei market , negozi e bar . Tutto molto comodo !

L'appartamento curato e Sicuramente sanificato avendo odore di Alcol, ma sarebbe stata più apprezzata la pulizia nei bagni e il problema principale è stato lo scarico, non tanto per il rumore (come letto in alcune recensioni )ma per il fatto che quanto lo tiri fuoriesce l'acqua sia nella vasca del bagno di sotto che nel lavandino della cucina (noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina , mangiando sempre in giro , ma con quelle condizioni non l'avrei mai utilizzato )

Everything is relative to the price of course. So based on the price, the location is very convenient with public transportation, if that is the main solution for one. Alfredo the contact person is very friendly, nice and easy to communicate with. The air condition works well aso does the wash machine. Generally, the description and photos of the property matches with reality, so one can have realistic expectation once you have read and seen the photos. One fact that are not an issue to us and they can also be concluded from seen photos, but I will put it here to be clear: the two bedrooms upstairs are open bedrooms without doors. Overall, given the price, we have rated it 9 out of 10 as it is very value choice.

I will list a couple of things that already have been listed in other reviews and we can also confirm: 1. Flushing the upper toilet will make very loud noise over the whole pipe system in entire apartment. That will be an issue if the toilet is used many time during night while others are sleeping. 2. If you are sleeping in bedroom downstairs, it is very easy to get disturbed by any noise from upper floor, and the upper floor itself. So just keep that in mind if you are also renting it more than 4 people like us. Generally there is no big issue or severe issue.

Lá struttura è bellissima I mobili della struttura sono comodissimi

Cea mai buna alegere având in vedere raportul calitate-preț. Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona din care ai acces ușor la metrou, tren si autobuz si este aproape de principalele obiective. Raportat la preț, m-as întoarce aici. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa si, pe parcursul vacantei, ne-a întrebat daca avem nevoie de ceva. Recomand
