Friendly, helpful cleaner, who let us in. Spacious apartment. Showers, crisp sheets, quality fittings. Well equipped kitchen. Good beds. Relatively central without being noisy. Good access around Naples from here. Air con.

We used Booking.com filter tool to find apartment with outside space. This was really important to us as we were there a week and needed somewhere to relax. This one had glowing reviews about an amazing terrace, so sounded perfect. To be certain before booking, I asked if this specific apartment had access and was told yes. I even asked if it was shared and was told to look at the photos to see each apartment had its own bit. When we arrived to see no terrace, we mentioned this immediately, but were told it wasn't the case in this apartment, even though checked in advance. We were told to put this grievance in writing, which we did. We even asked just for some access through an unused apartment so that we could use the terrace for an evening or two, but were told none were available. For one night, we would have let it go, but for a whole week on our main annual holiday, we found this very lacking. We know we will be told that it's clear in the description, but that's why we asked in advance as the general photos are misleading. In addition, we were given one key for a 3 bedroom apartment and had several messages asking if we had the shared keys because other guests were trying to check in. Yes, they were polite messages, but we were on holiday and as we only ever saw the lady who let us in as she was leaving on the first day,, we thought support could have been better. At least we weren't those poor guests arriving at night with no access. I don't like writing negative comments, but hopefully it will stop another group being disappointed...hopefully.

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La stanza era super pulita, accogliente e confortevole, e l’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. L’accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, soprattutto perché si trova vicino a due fermate della metro principali, Piazza Cavour e Dante, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente diverse zone della città. Nel complesso, una posizione molto comoda.

Il principale aspetto negativo è stato il Wi-Fi, che purtroppo non funzionava praticamente per nulla. Inoltre, il phon poteva essere utilizzato esclusivamente in bagno, poiché era collegato lì, risultando un po’ scomodo. L’unica piccola pecca della posizione è che per raggiungere le fermate della metro bisogna percorrere una strada in salita.

This property was very close to the metro station with only a 7 minute walk. The building in which the apartment is in is very secure. Quick responses from the staff too. Only two rolls of toilet roll were left out, but when we asked for more at reception, we received it.

When we arrived, we were shown to our room. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen. The room we were shown was just a standard room with a bathroom. The next morning we sent a text to staff to say the room we were put into the night before is not what we booked. They responded saying that the apartment we did book had a technical issue. We were never notified before check in about this. If we didn’t notify them, they wouldn’t have said anything. The staff gave us an upgrade to another apartment, but we could only stay there until the day before we had to leave. Again, we had to move to our original apartment for the final night. When we checked into our final apartment, we turned on the air conditioning unit. Straight away we got a smell of urine coming from the unit. This apartment was up a stairs but we could hear everything going on in the hall. All in all, we were happy we didn’t receive our original apartment from the start. With the smell of urine, no mobile service, and unstable WiFi, we did not enjoy this apartment. When we moved rooms, there was no information about where the room was or if the WiFi was different. We had to keep asking. My partner had to go and check out the different wifi at reception to see which one it was. We did notify staff about this. There is a fee to replace your towels, and another fee to clean your room/apartment. We stayed for 11 night, moved two times with three different rooms/apartments. The street where the terraces are is a very busy and noisy street.
