Terrazze tra i musei - rooms and studios

location was great, the bed was comfortable, hosts were nice and very responsive and respectful. compared to the rest of napoli, it was relatively quiet (still lots of noise from the street but less than average). it felt secure. would consider staying there again.

the sockets in the room under the desk were not easy to use, we had to keep switching between the fridge, heater, and coffee machine. This is an easy fix if the hosts decide to address it. also the pipes of the floor above can be heard every time water flows down, loud enough to wake up a light sleeper. but the worst was that the place smelled like sewers. we tried to keep the bathroom door closed but it only helped a little. The smell issue dropped our rating for the place certainly by 1-2 stars, and the price another star. we hope this issue will be fixed as it is a main barrier to a comfortable stay. the safe is fixed to the wall with two screws, and could be pulled off with enough force. this could also be better fixed. its more to keep things out of reach for room service/cleaning rather than a real safe in case of a robbery. The shower silicone needs replacement. Finally, the wifi was as good as useless in the room we were staying in. we each bought an unlimited data package to deal with it. to be fair we did not contact the hosts as we did not think it would be an issue, but we had some late night calls and had to resolve the issue promptly to join our meetings. with a few improvements, the price can become okay for what you get, and it would be an 8 or a 9. Hope our experience will be considered and addressed !

The location and size of the studio were great. It was easy to reach by foot or metro. The city center was just 15 minutes walking and the closest metro station was 5 minutes away.

Since I arrived there was a very sharp foul smell coming from the sewage. It was reported several times but it was never fully solved. There were hairs from previous guests in the shower. There was no wifi during 80% of my stay and I never got a solution.
