Great location, quick communication with host, seamless self check in and check out, apartment is quite big (but has a very interesting layout)
Due to the apartment being on the ground floor and having windows only into courtyards it is quite dark even during the day (not too big of an issue if you’re exploring a city). What is a bit of an issue is the humidity inside the apartment. I’m guessing it comes from the old walls. Even with two dehumidifiers and an aircon it was still humid which leads to things feeling a bit damp. Nothing too bad for a couple of days but still

terrible musty smell, no ventilation in the bathroom, view from the window onto the trash can, there is no salt in the kitchen. the musty smell of humidity spoiled the whole impression of the trip. opened the windows, closed the doors
