Paradise at Coral Horizons - Retro Beachfront Locale

Very nice, clean and great location. All the services to cook and clean for yourself if you want to eat in.

The elevator was painfully slow and being on the 4th floor of was quicker to use the stairs every time.

Comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with great views on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is a bit dated and could use a revamp. The location is perfect being across from the beach and stinger nets and restaurants, shops, cafe's all nearby.

We were advised the day before arriving for our 5 night Easter weekend stay that the phone in the elevator wasn't working and for safety reasons the elevator was disconnected and couldn't be used. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and I had booked Coral Horizons for the fact that there was an elevator because my 81 year old mother who uses a walker was staying with us. It was very disappointing that the elevator was only checked two days before the Easter long weekend, being a busy time and whoever is responsible for the elevator wasn't able to get approval from the Body Corp to fix the elevator. It should have been a priority!!! I was offered a full refund but where was I going to find a two bedroom beachfront apartment at the last minute! We left on the Tuesday and the elevator still wasn't fixed - at this same property both my mother and I got stuck in the elevator last year over the Easter weekend when the elevator malfunctioned -holiday makers BEWARE!!!
