The position is perfect, and our room had everything we needed with a lovely outlook from balcony 306

The office was easy to find and was open at the time we arrived. The guy was friendly and explained how to enter the property
The uber dropped us at the apartment with the suitcase, luckily my husband waited at apartment whilst i walked to find the office to collect keys. The office was upstairs; it would have been difficult if on your own or elderly as would have to carry suitcase to office to pick up keys.

This accommodation was great! Large spacious room, very comfy bed, huge bathroom, I loved it! Great location, beautiful view, my daughter and I were very happy staying there.
There was no elevator to bring up the luggage and the spa jets in the spa didn't work but other than that I was pretty happy

The position in Palm Cove
Everything was very old and needs updated. No window in one bedroom. Outdoor chair broken and tiles needed cleaned. Broken blind in third bedroom
