The perfect group getaway is moments away! Take a relaxing break in our spacious family home & create some new memories with your family and friends. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it is a few minutes’ drive to the new YAWA Aquatic Centre, Rosebud Plaza, and local front bay areas and cafes.

Bedroom 2: Tri-bunk bed* optional roll out single and cot (sleeps 4 + infant)
Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk beds* and optional rollout single (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
*Please note top single bunks and trundles are more suited to children or smaller adults.
Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are provided for you and include bedding, sheets, quilts and towels.
We don't provide beach towels so please be sure to bring your own.
Children:
We have a high chair and cot available at the house.
Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups, not parties.
Guest numbers:
The price of the booking will increase depending on the size of your group
Bookings:
Standard check-in time: 3pm
Standard check-out time: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.

Capel Sound Breakaway is either a walk or quick drive to the new YAWA aquatic center and is close by to the local Rosebud plaza and front bay areas and cafes.

We had a lovely time. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the amenities. The heated pool and spa entertained our teenagers for the whole trip.

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was as cozy as shown in the photos. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and heating and cooling worked really well inside the house. The perimeter of the property however, is very close to the neighbours so you need to be very mindful about the noise especially with music and kids Playing in the backyard. Footsteps on The timber flooring were making thud Sounds too when someone walks each time and echoes through the bedrooms. .Other than that, location and overall stay was wonderful. We had a great time.

This is a great sized home with four bedrooms and loads of beds. We loved the fully fenced backyard that was really secure for our dogs. The cleanliness was disappointing however, and there were issues such as dining chairs that were broken. A thorough clean and some home maintenance would create a five star rating for sure. The house has great heating/cooling in every room, and a kitchen with all the crockery and utilities you need.
