This well maintained family home is a tranquil retreat away from home. Offering large fenced backyard with lush green trees and ample open space for a relaxing getaway. 3 beds, 2bath within close proximity to the beach, shops, YAWA and Peninsula Hot springs/Alba.
There is a spacious kitchen with ample preparation space and stainless steel appliances, open plan dining/living area, brand new timber floorboards throughout and the living area is serviced with a split system aircon cold/heat
The Space:
This home is warm and inviting with large windows to let the natural light in, exposed beams and pitched ceiling.
Other features include-
• Fully fenced & secured
• Covered carport large enough for 2 cars
• Covered wooden decking facing the garden
• Paved courtyard continuing to back garden with fruit trees.
• 65” smart TV for movie night in.
• Dishwasher, gas cooking, gas oven
• Nepresso coffee machine and milk frother for your caffeine fix
• Laundry with washer/dryer machine.
Other Things to Note:
Split unit ACs available in living area, and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Portable fans provided for bedroom with 2 single beds.
Dog friendly garden ( with conditions)
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Great refurbished house that looked exactly as pictured. Clean with big comfy beds. Location good, probably a little further from the beach than I originally thought. Priced well for quality accommodation. Secure backyard for my dogs and pet friendly.Host communicated really well. Only drawback was no proper exhaust fan in the kitchen. Couldn’t use the oven without setting off the smoke alarm. Stove top similar even though there was a rangehood, it didn’t work well. There was not a great selection of cooking utensils either, other than some saucepans and one frypan. This would not be an issue if you ate out all the time.
