About this house rental
Rosebud comfort retreat is a fully renovated, polished floorboard, very comfortable 3-bedroom home with a fenced and secure front and back yard which are excellent for children and pets, located less than 400 meters from the beach. and less then 4 minute walking from Rosebud Plaza which includes Coles, woolworths, Aldi, restaurants, cafes and many more. It is also a short drive to Hot Springs, Golf courses, wineries and so on.
The space
Modernised kitchen equipped with appliances such as dishwashers, electrical cooktops, ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, rice cookers, fridges, general utensils
and so on.
The Central-Heated, Air-Conditioned lounge area has a 55' flat-screen TV with DVD player and a HI-FI sound system. 3 Pieces flat sofa can easily be merged together into a double / single bed if necessary. The dining area includes an elegant 8-seated dining table which can be extended to fit 10 people comfortably.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed with single sofa. Tower fan, and central heating and cooling.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed, single sofa, ceiling fan and central heating and cooling.
Bedroom 3 has a Bunk bed ( double-bed with a single on top ).Tower fan. and central heating and cooling.
*All bed linen and towels are supplied*
BATHROOM: Double-vanity with large modern bathtub and toilet, and a secondary toilet nextdoor. Laundry includes washing machine, dryer and a modern garment steamer.
Outdoor features including small decking area with barbecue, with overlooks into the backyard. 2 parking spaces in garage with a total of 5 spaces off road.
Guest access
The guests can access the entire house, front and backyard and the double lockable garage.
Other things to note
Schoolies, parties, functions and other major events are prohibited. No smoking in the house.
