Terrific place. My only concern before I got there was the dirt/gravel road next to it looked kind of sketchy but it's fine. It was hard to realize that's where you turn in from the street to park. Inside was terrific; it really is a cozy cottage. About a mile away is a high end food mall on the water with lots of food choices including a nice fancy restaurant "Copper and Salt." My only real issue was the check-in time changed from 3:00 to 4:30 but that didn't impact us too much as we were sightseeing anyway and the host kept us informed. Everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend.

The house was easy to get to, close to food and events. The house was clean, and cozy. Great communication with Vince and awesome instructions for easy access.
