Newly Completely Modernized Rooms in Basement with private entrance and overlooking a lake Near 2 Major hospitals and Large beautiful park with 2 walking trails.
Private entrance with a patio overlooking a lake. Each bedroom has it own washroom, TV and ceiling fan. Also own Multi split unit Air/Heat unit that they can control individually. Common areas has new kitchen appliances including stove, microwave and refrigerator, Also new kitchen cabinets, flooring. (no dishwasher).
Common areas are Dining area, Kitchen, Living room with sofa, chair and ottoman and back deck. Plenty of lights. You're also welcome to use the community pool in the Subdivision during the months that the pool is open, (Owners do not have any control over the Community pool, or any other facilities in the community). Internet and Wi-Fi, Camera facing the front/back door. Ring door bell with access code, and all utilities is included. Owners lives on the premises. Owners is also a License Real-estate agent, and husband is retired Veteran.
