The house is very spacious. The organization is just perfect. It is very practical. It is also very clean and well-organized. The beds are very comfortable. It is a pet-friendly house so it's just perfect for what im looking for.
The last day I was there the garage door wasn't working with the keypad. I knew it wasn't our fault but she said that's a new house so just made me feel very bad. I was supposed to see my friend the last day before leaving but I canceled because the garage door problem became our problem. And the garage door is the only entrance we could use to enter the property.

When I booked, I did not realize that the kitchen and living room were on the 2nd floor. I probably overlooked that…bedroom and bath on the 1st floor, living space 2nd floor, half bath several steps up from living area, then bedrooms 2 and 3 on the 3rd floor each with their own bathroom.
We were traveling with a 2 yr old so I was nervous. It worked out fine! Enjoyed our stay.

After checking out the host started text me complaining about having to clean the house. She suggested that I had left it a wreck and I did not follow the house rules. That is absolutely false. The property specifically stated that it was pet friendly. She knew I had my two dogs with me, dogs shed. She complained that there was dog hair in the house, which is to be expected I thought. She also complained of my hair being in the shower, I have long hair not much I can do about it falling out in the shower. And that contacts were in the sink. Yes, I wear disposable contacts I also wash my face at night a paper towel and some water should fix that. There were no house rules broken. No permanent damage. Nothing that couldn’t be easily taken care of with a simple cleaning. Which I paid for in a $300 cleaning fee. Only one of the rooms in one of the bathroom was even used.
I’m not sure what her point was to reach out to me and complain to me about this nonsense . It seemed petty, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary. I would be apprehensive about staying here again. She also threatened to charge me a fee, which is ridiculous because there was nothing to charge me for. I already paid for the property to be cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend.
