Charming 3-bedroom townhome with WiFi, AC in lovely Lawrenceville

We had a great stay. House was perfect and in a great location to shopping and eating. House was clean and felt safe. I do wish it had a little more essentials like most rentals we have stayed out such as soaps, shampoo, and detergents since we traveled from out of state it was a little hard to pack some of those. Nothing major tho just a slight inconvenience. The only other I would mention is there only a tv in the living room and one in the master. The spare rooms could really benefit from tvs especially if traveling with kids and teens. Host was awesome and had amazing communication. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Was a great place

The house was very clean and organized and the host was very prompt at answering questions prior to checkin, we had no issues needing to be addressed during our stay. Lawrenceville was beautiful, very clean, and close to downtown which was lovely and plenty of things to do. Fast food and cute restaurants in close proximity. Local owned shops were cute and the people were friendly. Kids playgrounds close by, there’s a Starbucks a mile away so you can get your coffee fix. The house is not far from the activity at all! The house had all the essentials. Washer and dryer worked great. For future guests: Oven has an air fryer option and there was an over the range microwave, for whatever reason it wasn’t working but looked brand new. Refrigerator is spacious but no ice maker, there’s a gas station very close by and we were able to grab some. Beds have nice duvets but no throw blankets for your cold natured guest, you may want to bring some along. Overall a great place and I’d definitely stay with this host again!

It’s a nice townhome and overall we had a nice stay. However there was no toilet paper in any of the restrooms when we arrived (like none) and the single bed mattress in the room nearest to the bathroom was terrible. My parents kept sliding off. There was no remote in the master bedroom. Also wish there tvs in the other 2 rooms. The host did bring toilet paper upon request. He also shared where the other remote could be. It was never found. He did mention that the downstairs remote works for upstairs as well. Time for a new sofa and maybe add a chair.
