Only had 2 washcloths for 5 day stay for 2 adults. Had plenty of bath towels. Only 1 dish towel and 1 bottle of shower gel. Downstairs toilet not bolted down securely and Toilet paper holder had been pulled out of the wall. Upstairs toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay in bracket. All of these are minor issues, however, irritating none the less considering the price of the rental and the expectations from online pics.

We had a good experience here. The property was very nice. The master bed & bath were amazing! We loved how all the bedrooms were upstairs, so that those who got up early could head downstairs without bothering the rest of the group. The living space - kitchen, dining area, living area - were excellent. We had a part of 8 and there was more than enough space for us. The only negative was the fact that the property manager wasn't very responsive when we had a minor issue. All in all - 5 star property, 2 star service from the property manager.

Had a great time and loved everything about the property. Would love to come back and stay again! Communication was excellent and we can't wait to visit again!

The location is wonderful, so close to so many beautiful things and in the complex, the condo is located directly across the street from the pool. The bed in the master bedroom (the only one we used) was very comfortable. What I didn’t care for was the multiple listing of fines that will be issued. For example, if the outdoor garbage bins are dirty when you leave there is a $25.00 fee that will be charged. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind starting the dish washer or throwing in a load of towels, but washing out the outdoor garbage bins? I know I paid a cleaning fee when I rented the place. Also not being able to cook a meal was troublesome for us, the stove tilts to the front so even if you could find a decent pot or pan to cook with it really doesn’t work well. They do not provide pantry staples or items generally needed like plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Also, the refrigerator is programmed, and you can’t modify it, it froze our fruits and vegetables. ☹ The thermostats are programmed as well, and you can’t regulate the temp to what you want. Oh, you can move the dials (one downstairs and one up) but it won’t go beyond what the program will permit regardless of the setting you choose. This is the first time I rented a place with outdoor spaces and no outdoor furniture – there is a patio and a balcony each with nice views but the only option is to stand and enjoy them. The indoor furniture seems to be staging furniture as it is a worn and broke down but doesn’t really look that old. I will not rent another Cohosting managed place again, I’ve rented a lot of very nice places on VRBO and this one just missed the mark.
