This property has gorgeous lake views from nearly every room in the house. It is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a issue with some broken glass upon checking in (no fault of the property owner, a lamp had randomly fallen over and shattered) and were a bit disappointed at the poor communication about if/when the issue could be resolved. It should also be noted and really should be included in the listing that the outside area and waterfront are shared as there is another listing for a separate building on the property. We were quite shocked Saturday morning when two people strolled across the front deck and went down to the dock. We found the other listing which also lists the firepit, dock, and kayaks. It didn't cause any conflict for us but it certainly could be an issue for others in the future expecting exclusive use of these things. That said we would absolutely return here, it was SO peaceful but you aren't too far from amenities.
