At home, you’ll find a bright open layout, with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and TV to unwind. For those needing to travel, you’ll be well-connected with the Central Station just a 15-minute walk and trams at your doorstep.
This centrally located studio is the perfect homebase to explore the best of Melbourne, with all the amenities and attractions at your fingertips.
Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a fuss-free, monochrome design with a generous space having a dining area and arm-chairs to kick back and relax after a busy day. The queen-size bed takes centre stage, dressed with quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep.
You’ll find the basics you’ll need to prepare a quick bite to eat in the streamlined kitchenette, including a two-burner electric stovetop and a microwave. Bi-fold doors neatly keeps this area out of sight when not in use. Across the room, put your feet up and sink into a good book or movie on the flat-screen television. The space is also fitted with unlimited Wi-Fi, if you need to send a few emails or take meetings. The studio also has central heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable temperature all year round.
The building conveniently offers coin-operated laundry facilities on the second floor.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

We provide a starter pack for basic toiletries - shampoo, conditioner and body wash (30ml bottles) and a bar of body soap. A 30ml dishwashing/dishwasher detergent and a 40g washing machine powder are also provided for your convenience.

Most - if not all - of them are a stone’s throw away from this studio and easily accessible through public transport. Visit and do your weekly shop in one go at the open-air Queen Victoria market. Very popular with locals, but be mindful it's closed Monday and Wednesday. Looking for your dose of nature, head straight for the Royal Botanic Gardens. A short tram ride away. But wanting something closer to home, the magnificent Carlton Gardens are directly across the road. Melbourne has some of the best coffee in the world and you’ll be in the thick of it. Look no further than Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

Studio was in a great area, bed comfortable.I was frustrated as I felt the photos give a totally different idea of studio. The studio was small and not a place where you could hang out in. Kitchen is behind cupboards.
