Location in the city. Central to all things
Rust on the bathroom table, sliding doors to bathroom and toilet did not close and hinges made it hard to close bathroom door all the way. Laundry sink door was broken, lounge sliding door was difficult to open and close. Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The door tracks in the front room with the view were coming off and a hazard.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Everything in the CBD within walking distance.
I’m splitting hairs here. The apartment was a little tired and dated. Basin had surface cracks and surface rust.
