All furnishings are two years old and modern. The back balcony is overlooking a preserve that will give you a nice sitting to relax with privacy. Botanical Escape community there is a club house, pool, Spa and fitness center. If booking less than 6 months we will adjust price to your specific time frame. Addition to VRBO fees, there is a $150 HOA application and $75 back ground check fee for this gated community.
