The house is located in the historic center of the city of Hyères at the foot of the Parc Saint Bernard 5 minutes walk from the villa Noailles through the park and gardens.
Village house of 120m2 newly restored to make you feel good while preserving its simplicity and charm, it can accommodate 6 people.
It is bright, on 4 levels, you can enter either by the courtyard terrace or by the first floor, it has 3 bedrooms with double bed, including a master suite with bathroom and separate toilet, a terrace for lunch and dinner outside with pool to cool off in peace.
There is no shortage of activities! Bike ride on the coastal cycle paths, the beaches are 15' away; the Almanarre windsurfing or kite surfing spot, the wild coves of the Giens peninsula, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-cros and the Levant, museums such as the Bank, the Villa Noailles, the Carmignac Foundation or the brand new Niel Museum in Giens, to name but a few...
Not recommended for children under 6 years old, there is a pool and stairs, one of which is steep.
