The kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a Smart TV and ample seating. When you aren't gathered here with your loved ones, check out the bedrooms - equally inviting with soft linens and easy bathroom access. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities.
Outside, enjoy the desert landscape from the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. An on-site golf course is also available for those who want to practice their swing.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo is beautiful and clean. It’s located in a gated community with a wonderful pool and very close to old town, Scottsdale. Our balcony had a great view of the golf course.

We spent almost an hour at the gate trying to get in it’s a code. The manager did finally call us back. It was. So frustrating!!The place we stayed was lovely and we had no other glitches
