This apartment is a must stay! This two bed, two bath apartment is great for your next weekend getaway. With an airbed and a pack n play, it can be a great place for a friends weekend or family getaway. Walking distance to downtown Scottsdale, this apartment will give you great proximity to downtown nightlife, spring training basement and a number of golf courses! Come stay with us!
The Space:
This is a two bed, one and a half bath townhouse just minutes from Old Town! Walk into the beautifully curated dining/living room with galley kitchen. You'll find a comfortable space to relax with friends and family. There is a half bathroom off of the main living area. You can walk through the townhouse to the back sliding door where you have access to the back patio, and can get through to two dedicated parking spaces.
When you walk into the front door, there is a staircase that will take you upstairs to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, and plenty of storage space.
Guest Access:
We'll send you a code before you arrive so you can get in and out of the apartment easily. Hanging near the front door is a key to the pool and extra keys to the back door.
The Neighborhood:
Just a few minutes walk from Old Town, this is a quiet townhouse neighborhood where there are other rental units. It has great proximity to highways, downtown and all the fun things to do in Scottsdale!
Other Things to Note:
We welcome your pets, but there is a pet fee required. Please make sure to pay the pet fee for any and all pets, and label the pets in the reservation. Additionally, please do not allow pets on the couch or on the beds. If the beds sheets are ruined from excessive dog hair, we will ask the guest to reimburse us. Thank you!

Walkable location which was amazing! Also close to the airport. Checking in and out was a breeze. I do wish check in and out were more convenient times but the host is very communicative.

Great place for our family of 3 for 5 days. Perfect lower level with comfortable couch, eating area and laundry facilities. Short walk to Old Town and all the activities there. Easy to find and access the other parts of Phoenix (airport, Papago Park, D'backs stadium).

We were here for baseball and Old Town Scottsdale, both nearby. The accommodations upstairs and downstairs were clean and nicely appointed. Backyard, although small, could use some upkeep (broken chair, dead plants and sweep up needed). The front door lock was an issue, attempted to lock several times. Used back door to carport area to exit. Overall, good stay.ptried several times
