Ideally located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and adjacent to the public-access Continental Golf Club, this beautifully maintained first-floor condo offers comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities just minutes from Scottsdale's best dining, shopping, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.



This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates families, couples, golfers, business travelers, and snowbirds looking to enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer.



The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and generous closet space. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway and features a bright, modern walk-in shower.



The open living and dining area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day of golf, hiking, shopping, or exploring Old Town. The dining table seats four guests, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.



For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

Guest Access:

Guests have entire use of the condo except the right side of the primary bedroom closet which is used for supplies.

Getting Around:

Old Town Scottsdale is very walkable. We are right next to the golf course.



Other Things to Note:

Guests can enjoy access to the heated pool and spa, BBQ grills, and fitness center.



~ Guests must follow all of the HOA rules for the community amenities. Rules are posted. 1 key card is provided for guest access to the pool and fitness center. If lost, replacement fee is $75.



Check-in

-Guests will be able to access the condo with their own personalized access code, this code is sent prior to check-in and becomes active at check-in time and expires at check-out time.





Recording/monitoring device camera on the front door (Ring Camera) which monitors the front door, and sidewalk. The camera records motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our camera is for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.



The property has a Nest connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay. Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a comfortable range. Please note the AC/heat pump unit is able to be lowered to 72°F for air conditioning and raised to 78°F for heating. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the range. Thank you.



This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the condo including on the patio.



Please Note: We are not responsible for items left behind at the property. If a guest forgets something, they will be responsible for a $30 handling fee (for our time) plus the cost of shipping to return the item. Thank you for your understanding.



Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and AirBnB. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

Additional rules

By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:



-The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 25.



-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.



-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the condo is 4 pre-registered guests and the maximum daytime occupancy is 8 guests (between 8am-10pm).



-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.



-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property including the patio, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $500 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.



-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and all guests must follow all of the HOA's posted rules. Failure to follow the HOA rules could result in early termination of your reservation with no refund and or a fine imposed by the HOA. Guests must use the key fob to enter the pool area. If a guest loses the pool key card, they will be charged $75 to replace the card.



- Per HOA rules, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area or at the pool. Pool hours are 6 am to 10 pm.



- The Fitness Center is available 5am to 12 am. Guest must adhere to the fitness center rules while in the facility and while using the equipment.



-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.



-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that occur.



- Failure to follow the HOA rules could result in early termination of your reservation with no refund and or a fine imposed by the HOA. Guests are responsible to pay the fine imposed by the HOA for broken rules (noise violations, pet violations, disorderly behavior, community property damage ect.



Please make sure you take time to review our house rules before booking your stay, breaking these rules could result in additional fees.



-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.

Unauthorized party ~ $1,000

Unauthorized pet ~ $300 per pet

Tampering with security cameras/devices ~ reservation terminated with no refund and $500 fee

Parking on properties landscaping or in the yard ~ $300 per vehicle

Disconnecting the pool vacuum or tampering with pool equipment (pool pump or heater) ~ $50 and charge from pool company

Extra cleaning ~ $60 per hour
