Experience all the magic of the Paradise Coast in this 1,100 square foot, 1st floor beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two full beds, and two bathrooms.
The boat deck-inspired tile and comfortable sofas give the interior the feel of a cozy seaside cottage. You’ll savor the view of the tropical garden dotted with palm trees and the ocean blue sky extending as far as the eye can see. After a full day of tropical sun and fun, unwind with some entertainment on the television that comes equipped with cable. The summer kitchen features a granite countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare dinner.
The name of the building is “Sunset House North” for a very good reason. Every night, outside your window, the setting sun turns the sky bright orange. Use the kitchen blender to mix a couple tropical beverages then head down to the beach and enjoy the majestic sunset with your feet in the sand as the ocean breezes rustle the palm trees.
The unit offers all the amenities you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. And since you’re only a few steps from the inviting ocean, you’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.
The Sunset House North is situated in the midst of a thick green oasis of palm trees encircling a spacious heated pool. The apt looks exactly as in the picture. It is within walking distance of many restaurants. The layout is ideal for a family of 4-6 people. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and the pots are decent. However the dishes were on the small side and beverage and wine glasses need to be replaced. The mattresses need replacement as well. It was very clean with the exception of the terrace. It was a bit unkept and windows need to be washed. Patio furniture needs updating. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other misc. beach items which were very helpful. We had a minor bug issue and reached out to the management company and they scheduled pest control. The building and grounds/pool area are well maintained. Having said all this, I’d recommend the property.

Overall excellent.The property is clean and the bed was comfortable.Long walk to the beach but worth it. Pool area lovely and relaxed. One thing the hallway leading up to the property does have a bad smell, however the smell does not invade the property at all.

Started out rocky because the kitchen and main room wasn’t clean, nor patio, and furniture. But we did enjoy the condo very much. I was surprised there wasn’t a hair dryer, and only one beach towel. I bought a dryer, no big deal. We really like the condo for space and it was quiet. Friendly place too.
