Amazing views from this redecorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom, beachfront condo. This lovely condo enjoys brand-new wood-look vinyl flooring throughout and all new linens.
The TVs were just updated and the living room boasts a 55-inch flat-screen Smart HD TV so that guests may enjoy logging onto their digital accounts using the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Overlooking the Gulf, the master bedroom enjoys a charming ensuite bathroom and comfortable king-sized bed as well as a Smart flat-screen tv.
The guest bathroom is decorated in colors of the the sea to coordinate with the themed guest bedroom featuring a full and twin beds. Best yet, there are beach chairs and a large and sturdy beach wagon for transporting all of your supplies to the beach!
This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with a fitness facility, tennis courts, large heated pool, and boat docks.

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
