About this house rental
Las Palmas is an impressive ocean view residence in the desirable neighbourhood of Rancho Cerro Colorado located on the 'Golden Corridor' of Los Cabos. This custom newly remodeled four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is 2,307 square feet (214 square meters) of air-conditioned space with the living areas and three bedrooms enjoying ocean views. The one-quarter acre home site embraces panoramic views of the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, overlooking Palmilla Sur and Punta Bella Point. The tastefully furnished residence reflects contemporary, traditional Mexican and Mediterranean architecture, incorporating artisanal finishes and design materials in artful and modern ways.
The upper-level spacious guest suite includes an en-suite bathroom allowing occupants to enjoy the ocean vista from the bedroom or its own private terrace.
The primary suite and two additional guest bedrooms are located on the first level - all accessible to the outdoor pool and patio area. The primary bedroom suite offers ocean and garden views and includes an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in closet and its own private covered patio. The second guest bedroom, also with an ocean and garden view, has a covered terrace and adjacent bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a garden view and is appointed with a daybed and reading chair, perfect for relaxing with a good book or a favourite movie.
The dramatic entry foyer welcomes guests and family, leading to the pool area or up the staircase to the upper level living area. The staircase features a handcrafted iron railing and a multi-paned window, complimented by the custom five-star iron pendant chandelier.
Rancho Cerro Colorado is a secure gated community. Its dedicated beach access is a five-minute walk down the street from Las Palmas. This location is near supermarkets, hospitals, shops, and restaurants.
We offer a golf cart to drive to the beach and within the community and pool heaters as add-on. Ask about rates.

5! The home is clean and well appointed in a safe neighborhood. Lots of different seating areas with a quick drive to the private beach with lots of parking. We really appreciated the well stocked home from the showers to the kitchen to the beach amenities(beach chairs and umbrella) Also Jorge was a wonderful host!! My husband and I rented this home after doing much searching. My daughter and her husband plus three grandchildren also stayed with us. So, we had four adults and three children and the house was perfect. The manager, Jorge, answered all my questions very promptly before my trip and anytime I had a question while we were there and always available and so pleasant! The location of the house is stunning. You see a private bay and can walk to the private beach in about 10 minutes. Plus, there is a parking lot nearby if you load up the car with chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys. The house has 4 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas for the beach plus some sand toys for the kids. The large grocery stores are all nearby and easy to get to. One is just two minute drive. The Town Center is about a 15 minute drive. There are several restaurants to go to in town too that are very good. We did a dolphin tour for the kids and they loved it and went to several other local beaches nearby and these were stunning. We had a whale show from the backyard all the time as we were there in March! Amazing! The pool and grill area were just wonderful. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need. Some rentals do not have much, but this home was equipped well. I highly recommend this home and you will not be disappointed.
