The property was very nice and in a great location. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well-equipped. The sunrise views over the ocean were amazing. There are a lot of stairs so not the best if you have elderly people or those who need accommodation. Rosario was TERRIFIC and met all of our needs. There is potable water in the kitchen. Laundry facilities were adequate. Some things you need to know: there is an extra charge if you want the jacuzzi heated, plan to buy extra toilet paper if you have a large group, and plan to bring toiletries. You'll need a car to get around. Overall, a wonderful vacation in an a welcoming home/location. We'd choose this house again when we come back.
