Llegue como una hora y media antes de la hora de Check-in y pensaba comer en el restaurante, pero los lunes esta cerrado, ojala me ubieran dejado entrar a la habitación para cambiarme y dejar mis cosas, pero no fueron super estrictos con la hora y si nos había casi gente, que mas daba una hora antes

que no fueran flexibles a mi llegada, cuando el lugar estaba casi vacio

Beautiful, comfortable and classy apartment on a luxury property with powerful A/C and well equipped with appliaces, utensils, and video and WIFI tecnology.

The unit is not in the greatest area of the property, being on the ground floor and close to the reception. There is not a view from the glass doors and we could hear music from the reception from early in the morning. The private pool water did not look inviting. The host ask us if it was ok that the weekly cleaning would take place and if it did take place we did not notice a difference in the water. Locking and unlocking the front door state of the art high tech lock was often a challenge. It did not happen on the first, second, third, forth and sometimes even more time. The bedroom hurricane roller blinds did not close all the way in the bedroom so light would filter through from sunrise. The host offered to send someone to look at it, but we did not want someone to do repairs in the unit during our week stay. The living room blinds closed all the way, however. The host was prompt to respond before we began our stay with questions we had and when we communicated about the private pool cleaning and the blinds problem, but did not respond when 3 days before we left we asked if we could have a late check out if the apartment was not going to be occupied right after our leaving (we were willing, of course, to pay for the extra time) and did not respond the day of the check out when we thanked her for the stay and let her know that we would have appreciate it to hear about our late check-out request. Communication from the host could be improved.

Incredible views and amazing design esp the swimming pool. And it’s right on the beach Kudos to Jean, Ingrid, and Angie for being amazing hosts who also give incredible local resident suggestions that are not Touristy

Restaurant availability. It closes at 6 so you get zero chance to eat dinner there. But the restaurant is excellent quality

Amazing stay at Albaluz! The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The pool is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant serves some of the best food we had in Mexico. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from downtown San José del Cabo and about 30 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Jeannette was an outstanding host and always responded within minutes. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, I highly recommend staying here.
