This newly remodeled, elegant condo in San José del Cabo is located in the well-known community of Las Mañanitas. The community is safe and secure, with 24 hour gated entry, yet steps away from several grocery stores and restaurants. You will love the location! You will love staying at this premier condo complex in the heart of San Jose del Cabo, where you will have access to several amenities that are onsite!
A short 10-mile drive from the airport brings you to our spacious first floor, two-bedroom condo in Las Mañanitas. Both large bedrooms view the pool and the Sea of Cortez. A full patio, private lawn and large freshwater pool a few steps away all provide true indoor/outdoor living.
All new furniture, fresh paint and kitchen/ bathroom renovations in 2024. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a bathroom with newly renovated shower as well as a double vanity. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds and a full brand new bathroom with walk in shower.
The condo is well-equipped with new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and plenty of beach towels. It includes high speed wireless internet with streaming televisions.
The pools and landscaping are beautifully maintained. There are poolside barbecue areas, hot tubs, lounge chairs and umbrellas. A fully stocked gym and tennis/ pickle ball courts are available for your use as well. You have full access to all three pool and hot tub areas around the property. There is even mini-golf.
When it's time for bed, leave the sliding doors open and listen to the sound of the ocean, or close the curtains and enjoy the central air. Either way you'll sleep well.
A 20 minute walk down the beach takes you to locally famous Zippers Bar and Grill. Take your car or a short Uber ride to shopping at unique galleries and boutiques in San Jose del Cabo. Don't miss the popular Thursday night Art Walk. An easy walk from the condo takes you to two huge grocery stores, La Comer and Chedraui Selecto. Coffee at Abreojos Cafe is an easy five minute walk. And on nights you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants including Cynthia Fresh, Lateral and La Osteria are less than ten minutes walk from your patio.
In the winter you'll be able to watch whales and leaping manta rays from the patio. Palmilla beach is a short drive away for swimming. Surfers enjoy the beach near Zippers. We really liked this Condo unit. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The beds were really comfortable. This unit has a beach view. We could occasionally see whales from the Condo facility. We used the outdoor grills and tables. The pools and hot tubs were clean.

We were overly surprised on how nice this place is. A great location and amazing view. The pool was very relaxing. Easy access to both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

Low key, beautiful. Grounds well kept and secure. Walk to beach, relaxing pools, not many tourists there. Patio with beautiful view, I'd sit there every morning during my stay. Easy walk to grocery store for essentials.

Walking in the door was a Wow, private, clean and quite very well equipped. Jaun was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything weneeded to ensure we had the best possible experience. Thank you The house is amazing.You have a beautiful view and there is definitely the Better area, close to very exclusive restaurants. super recommended, I'll be back there to spend my vacation!Thank you for sharing your home!!!
