Ideally located between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, this stunning ocean view retreat offers the perfect combination of luxurious comfort and privacy with easy access to all the activities of vibrant Cabo.
Relax in our comfortable 4-bedroom 4-bath 3600sqft home with more than 2000sqft of outdoor space. It offers spectacular panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez from every room in house!
You will be marvel at amazing sunrises and enjoy enchanting moonrises over the ocean. During the whale migration season, you can view them from the poolside and palapa. We offer high speed internet wireless access (200 Mb/s) in every room and in the pool & palapa area.

The space
Welcome to Casa Helios – our beautiful and expansive fully furnished retreat!
Our home combines the warmth of classic Mexican architecture with features of a modern contemporary home. The fabulous, vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous large windows yield to a superbly bright and open atmosphere with sweeping panoramic ocean views. The house has been renovated recently and lends itself to entertaining in style.
The kitchen is fully equipped with newly updated stovetops, dish washer, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave – and remember, if you don’t feel like cooking, a private chef can be arranged. There is a dining area indoors and a large palapa outdoors with outdoor grilling facilities, both gathering areas are ideal for games, meals or drinks. Also, the spacious living room has a top-of-the-line wireless music system and tv with plenty of comfortable seating.
After a day at the beach, sink into the bubbling hot tub or float in the pool while watching the moon ascend over the ocean.
Our thoughtfully designed spacious bedrooms provide comfort and privacy – they comfortably sleep 8 to 10 people:

It is a perfect place to walk or to relax on the beach while watching the breathtaking changing hues of the ocean and sky.

The property was beautiful and more than enough room for 6 guests. The kitchen included everything we needed for meals and more. The views were stunning and we even saw fireworks on our last night! Marty (property manager) and the host were easy to work with and very clear on check-in/out instructions along with assistance on airport transportation. We felt very safe and the location was near a large grocery store which made grocery runs super easy and convenient.

Incredible vacation home in a great location with amazing ocean views from almost every room. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms felt like a high end hotel. The pool was the best of all VRBO rentals I’ve had in the area; good size, clean and the perfect temperature - not too warm like many. Easy access to the beach and close to San Jose del Cabo. Our only complaint was the bug bites at dawn and early evening but the house had repellents so after day one it wasn’t an issue. This is a new favorite and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The property manager is amazing as well as the view but this house is a mess! Water damage everywhere, places you can stick your finger outside- we stuffed washcloths in them. Also the sheet rock it has so much water damage. Cockroaches of all sizes all over, centipedes as big as your finger. Food splashed all over the “ backsplash “ and the wall by the trash can. The pool does not have a turtle on the bottom, it’s in the pool at the neighbors.The master shower did not drain, there is NO hot water throughout the house, the beds are atrocious- all 4 and desperately need to be replaced! Had to ask for the pool to be cleaned twice! This house needs to be shut down and some major work done! It’s seems as if the owner is extremely greedy! It’s super outdated and just mismatched furniture. For 8-10 people, there isn’t even enough furniture for everyone to sit. For the amount paid a night this is ridiculous!! The neighborhood is very nice and safe! And again, Marty the property manager is a gem!
