Good location, comfortable room, helpful and kind hosts.

The hosts were very kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The city center is just 10 minutes walk.

We slept well.

Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

Be aware that this is a room in the host’s apartment (like an AirBnb). I didn’t realize that. Although you have your own bathroom you have to leave the room and go across the hall. The large building is on a very busy, noisy street. And, though the name is Sole Mare it is not close to the sea.

Excellent place to stay, pretty much faultless with a great host

Gorgeous room and bathroom in a safe and secure block with a lift. Bus stop outside to go to the centre and beyond though also an easy 15-20 min walk. The friendliest and most helpful host you could hope to be looking after you. Close to a supermarket and a bars and places to eat (near Garibaldi Square). Highly recommended.

Just one minor point, being English it would have been nice to have a kettle as well as the coffee maker so I could have had cups of tea.

Very nice stay!

Location: from the property you can walk 20 min to the main center or 30 min to the beach. In addition, there are several bus lines just in front of the building, which connect directly to the Train Station (from where you can also take the train to airport) or to other areas in the city. There is also a shop and a nice terrace within 5 min of walk. The room has a good AC / heating equipment which can be used at any time and the bathroom includes towels, soap and hair dryer. There is also a coffee machine and some coffee options to chose from. The hosts are also great. They explained us everything and Tanja sent us a lot of recommendations for eating out / visiting. They were always available for any questions we had, so I would like to thank them for everything! :)

Allez-y vous serez très bien accueillis!

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Logement propre avec des lits confortables. Belle salle d'eau. On peut facilement rejoindre le centre de Trieste à pied. Café à disposition mais une bouilloire aurait été pratique également pour les buveurs de thé. Les propriétaires se sont gentiment occupés de notre linge (lavage, étendage). Par contre, il faudrait préciser dans le descriptif que l'utilisation du lave-linge est en supplément (10 € par machine). La chambre donne sur la rue mais fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien et avec la climatisation, pas de problème de chaleur.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere moderne Unterkunft.

Die Gastgeber sind total nett und zuvorkommend. Vorab wurde eine Uhrzeit definiert, an welchen wir uns für die Zimmerübergabe und Einweisung getroffen haben. Die Gastgeberin spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch. Das Appartment besteht wohl aus 2 Zimmern mit jeweils einem fix-zugeordnetem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Man teilt sich quasi nur den Flur mit anderen. Die Zimmerausstattung sowie das Badezimmer, ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles top sauber und modern eingerichetet. Appartment ist nahe der Garage Regine, wo wir unser Auto abgestehlt hatten.

Eine Hauptstraße führt direkt neben dem Gebäude vorbei und dementsprechend sind bis Mitternacht Motorradgeräusche deutlich zu hören. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf sicherlich nicht ideal - bzw. wenn man plant, frühzeitig ins Bett zu gehen.

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente e la posizione ottima. Inoltre la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sia su cosa visitare, sia su dove andare a mangiare. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, consigliatissimo.

Bagno separato dalla camera ma non è stato un problema. Forse nel bagno servirebbe un piccolo kit cortesia per ogni ospite.

Tanja gentilissima. Camera e bagno tutto nuovo tenuto benissimo. Farei un cambio dei cuscini perché un po' scomodi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto

Situato in una posizione strategica, l'appartamento è vicinissimo a fermata dell'autobus (che praticamente si trova sotto casa), vari bar, farmacie e supermercati. La pulizia della camera e del bagno è a dir poco impeccabile e Tanja e suo marito sono delle persone davvero gentili, accoglienti e attenti a qualsiasi necessità dei loro ospiti. Ci ho soggiornato già due volte e non esiterei a ritornarci nuovamente!

A soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Pulizia perfetta e letto molto comodo. Consigliatissimo!

Vale ogni singolo euro pagato.

Gli hosts sono stati super gentili, permettendoci di fare il check-in anche a mezzanotte. Ci hanno chiesto un supplemento ma penso sia giusto così in quanto sono venuti personalmente ad accoglierci e a farci il tour della stanza e del bagno. In più ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli su luoghi in cui mangiare. L'edificio è collocato in zona strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e 15 dalla stazione centrale di Trieste.
