Its location is in a uphill position. Though bus service available but to go to the city center you need 15-20 min depending on the availability of bus service. If you arrive city center lately in bus or train station without walking in uphill position for 50-60 min you cannot reach there. Complementary breakfast is Ok. Room is not spacious and lift is very narrow hardly 2-3 persons can accommodate. Also its slow and quite old.

Unfortunately there was no hot water when we arrived. Asked reception who came quickly and said it would be 20 mins. It didn't come on so I asked again. Was told whole hotel had no hot water and had to wait longer. Annoyed as wasted a lot of the time we wanted to tour the city. I hoped they would have called me as soon as water came on but didn't.
Showered then went to tour. Thanked reception for sorting out the water and expected a free breakfast for the inconvenience but nothing.
Asked for ideas to what to go and see as now short of time. Male receptionist struggled with ideas other than city centre. Female receptionist made good suggestions.
Room was small and tired - needs painting and carpet replacing.
Bedding was good and bed comfortable.
On check out a different male receptionist asked for tourist tax but didn't ask how our stay had been.
