Η τοποθεσία είναι το βασικό πλεονέκτημα. Αν και ανακαινισμένο υπάρχουν συστάσεις βελτίωσης. Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα αρκετά εξοπλισμένο.
Το παράθυρο και η πόρτα έβλεπαν ακάλυπτο / χώρο στάθμευσης. Δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα . Αναγκαστικά συνεχώς με κλειστές κουρτίνες χωρίς να αξιοποιούμε τον έστω και λίγο φυσικό φωτισμο. Επίσης υπήρχε μία περίεργη μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο αδιευκρινιστη και αφήσαμε ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα με κλειστά πατζούρια φεύγοντας για εξορμήσεις. Τέλος ενώ περιμένανε άφιξη με 4 άτομα δεν ήταν στρωμένο το εξτρα κρεββάτι από τον καναπέ και αναγαστήκαμε μέσα στη νύχτα να ανοίγουμε και να στρώνουμε τον καναπέ με τα κλινοσκεπάσματα που υπήρχαν εντός του καταλύματος.

Great location very close to metro , central to all attractions. Old charm building with unique lift.Very safe and clean area even at night. Many cafes / supermarkets around. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in couple of hrs early
Limited space for 4 people but OK by Patrice standards. Lack of washing machine when you stay for a week.However couple of Laundromat s around
