I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness and quality hotel level atmosphere of the studio apartment at this price range in Paris. Excellent bathing products and complimentary earplugs. Hosts were active as informing me before the visit and there was sufficient amount of practical information of the apartment. The aircondition of this apartment means TCL portable machine with installed exhaust duct and condensate removal. Airconditioning was sufficient cooling the apartment in the aftermath of the heatwave june 2026. The cooling worked like in Parisian standard lowering temperature slightly to very manageable. I had a wonderful stay and excellent experience of Paris.

There was a subtle load of scent/fragrance in the apartment, which wasn't a problem for me, but I thought I'd mention it if sensitive people are considering accommodation. Portable airconditioning machine made a bit noice as you'd expect. As mentioned there is a street right outside window, although lovely and not heavily trafficked, occasional noices of cars, motorbikes and conversations may be heard. Earplugs did their magic excellent during night time!

L’emplacement, la propreté, la disponibilité de Mickael et Claire, le comfort, tout le nécessaire est présent ! Cet appartement est parfait !
