The location is great, really close to Earl’s Court and had lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by.
It wasn’t very clean. I found some dead bugs scattered around and the shower was awful. The shower head needs to be replaced because water was barely coming out it was so crusted over. I also arrived at exactly 1400 to check-in and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes and then contacted someone by WhatsApp. If you specifically state that you will be available at a certain time for checkin and no one is around to help do that, it isn’t very professional.
