    Well what can I say it took me nearly half an hour to access the hotel They didn’t send the entry code (neither did Agoda) it took emails and phone calls to be able to enter, WiFi code was never given ( can it not be displayed in reception ? I finally got the code and my room code for the key box. Agoda gave me this information AFTER I had checked out, The accommodation was great nothing to fault it but the entry process was appalling and was not what I needed after a long days driving, Agoda needs to get there act together along with the Hotel. As I said the Hotel was perfect once you managed to access it. In house coffee machine only produced coloured water no coffee saw the cup, tea was ok as only hot water was needed tea bags supplied. We had to spend a long time on the street ( with other people) who could not access the hotel. They had booked with another agent. The hotel is in an ideal position BUT it needs to tell its customers codes to access, room codes to get there keys, and supply there WIFI code in the reception area
