Papakea E206- Updated Papakea oceanview condo, all the amenities

There is no breakfast at Papakea. We have stayed at the property for many years. Love the location and it is quiet. The staff are great and accommodating. Papakea is our go to place in Maui. Where was the breakfast?

The E-206 unit needs updating. There are cracked tiles in the living area floor. The bathroom needs to be updated as there are tiles missing and the wood is rotting around the shower. The airconditioner on the balcony runs so hot that you cannot sit outside on the lanai with the door shut as it puts out extremely hot air and is super noisy. The lights in the kitchen were turning themselves off and on, we called and they were supposed to send an electrician out but we never got notification that of when he would arrive. We also contacted them about a spice rack that had something growing in it, and housekeeping came and took the rack out of the unit.
