About this apartment rental
Dine on the lanai while mesmerized by the waves and beautiful tropical setting. A perfect place to relax and unwind, this condo has a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. With tropical garden views and the sound of the waves in the background, relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation.
Remodelled a couple of years ago and recently many more upgrades added, this condo is tastefully decorated in contemporary, but still Hawaiian style. The kitchen has a large eating bar, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything but your groceries. A large dining table with lots of seating. The master bedroom having a Queen bed and the second bedroom having a twin over Queen bunk bed makes it perfect for families or two couples. Also, a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room makes the unit able to sleep up to 6 persons. The bathroom has a tub/shower and granite countertops. Large TV, cable, DVD player, free wifi, air conditioner. Stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers for your use, this condo has all the comforts you feel at home with ultimate vacation luxury also.
The tiled lanai has lounging chairs, a patio table and chairs. A perfect place to put your feet, relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Take forty steps to the right and you are oceanfront. There is a wonderfully warm gathering place at the oceanfront to visit and watch the whales and sunsets. Steps into the ocean make it easy to swim and snorkel in the reefs right out front. Soft sandy beach right out front when the tide is low. Approximately 60 steps in the other direction you are at the pool. Lounge chairs surround the pool and a BBQ, ice machine and covered seating area to one side for relaxing, outdoor eating, and visiting.
3 BBQ areas are on the property and a coin (or app) operated laundry is only a few steps from the door. Large grass areas for the kids to play, this property is family friendly, yet still very peaceful and quiet.
Within walking distance is a grocery store, natural food store, farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, spa, shops and much more. Beaches to the north and south. Golf courses close by. A beautiful walking/jogging pathway through the Ka'anapali area has fabulous scenery for miles. We love to go for a beautiful long walk every morning! Whalers Village is near by with lots of shops, restaurant/bars, and lovely beach. Only a 10 minute drive is our favourite town, Lahaina. It is such a lovely historic town with lots to see and do. It seems to come alive at night and you absolutely must visit Lahaina.

All of the basics were provided and we had a wonderful stay. The location is central to shops, beaches and food. We were able to watch the sunset daily each evening hear the waves as we fell asleep. The beach supplies available at the condo were in good shape, the pool was basic and the entire facility was family friendly.

My spouse, 5 year old and in laws stayed here for almost 3 weeks and all of us absolutely loved it. Great location and very quiet. Close to ABC store and walking distance to many other things. Condo was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything you could need! We would absolutely stay here again anytime.

We come to Hawaii multiple times a year, and this was not my favorite condo but I believe this is because I didn’t do my homework when booking. I was trying to get close to the Royal Lahaina which I did, and the price was right. These are the things I liked: specified parking space, well equipped kitchen, the pool area and the large tv. The supplies were great. Chairs and boogie boards etc. lots of towels etc.
What I didn’t like: the bedroom was so hot, even with the air on. We purchased 2 additional fans and ended up sleeping on the couch bed. But in all fairness we keep our house at 65 degrees at night! When a listing says “air conditioning” I assume it’s central air, but it wasn’t. It was a small wall unit next to the huge tv. It kept the living area lovely but the bedrooms suffer. I also didn’t enjoy the complex itself. The residents were loud, screaming kids, clomping upstairs until 11pm at night (this can’t be helped I understand) and the sea wall has been destroyed by the ocean. I also didn’t realize it was a coin-operated laundry. But I probably just missed this. Again these are not fixable things at this moment, but when I book a place I usually do my due diligence to make sure the complex is nice etc. the BBQ’s (2 located right across the grass) didn’t work, so we BBQ’s at the pool which was lovely. Would I stay here again... no. But I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again so I can’t say it’s about the condo.
The owner was extremely responsive and her house manager Dan was also super awesome. The dishwasher broke on our first day there (total fluke) and he came right over the next day to trouble shoot. He would have come back to fix it but we decided to hand wash all the dishes while there. They left PLENTY of supplies which is unusual but was so very nice.
This was a tough review as I believe it’s more about preference but the price was awesome and so was the owner.
