As a family of four, this is what we liked: Great location, easy access to public transport, shops. All the facilities, except for the washing machine. There were oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. Multiple doors to enter the complex and apartment give a feeling of security.

The smell. We had to open windows to clear the air. The shower smells all the time. The apartment is small. Even though it says it is 70 square meters, the attic ceiling does not allow use the space comfortably. We and our kids more than once bumped our heads. Also, the space is dark - small windows and not enough lighting. Kitchen water tap need to be fixed, kitchenware were wornout and dirty. Two of the pans did not work on the induction stove. Also, the apartment is full of plastic flowers, which would be fine, but they were dusty. The beds were uncomfortable.
